How To Perform the Circular Stretch



Steps Instructions
1. Warm up using the steps on our enlargement exercise warm up page.
2. Use your right hand and get a firm grip around your penis’s head. Slowly stretch your penis outward from its base. Once it’s fully-stretched (if it hurts, ease back a bit), hold the position for 5 seconds.
3. Now, while still gripping the head of your penis, pull it gently upward until it’s fully-stretched. Hold the position for 5 seconds.
4. Starting from the 12:00 position, rotate your penis counterclockwise. Stretch your penis gently but firmly. One full rotation should end at the 12:00 position. The entire rotation should only take 5 seconds.
5. Complete steps 2 through 4 for 25 full rotations. This entire exercise should only take 5 minutes.


Helpful notes for the Circular Stretch
Warm up before you do the Circular Stretch. It helps the blood circulate through your penis.
If you prefer to rotate your penis clockwise instead of counterclockwise, do so.
Each time you complete steps 1 through 3, encourage the circulation in your penis. Gently massage it and slap it a few times on your thighs to get the blood flowing.
