| Steps | Instructions |
| 1. | Warm up using the steps on our enlargement exercise warm up page. |
| 2. | Use your right hand and get a firm grip around your penis’s head. Slowly stretch your penis outward from its base. Once it’s fully-stretched (if it hurts, ease back a bit), hold the position for 5 seconds. |
| 3. | Now, while still gripping the head of your penis, pull it gently upward until it’s fully-stretched. Hold the position for 5 seconds. |
| 4. | Starting from the 12:00 position, rotate your penis counterclockwise. Stretch your penis gently but firmly. One full rotation should end at the 12:00 position. The entire rotation should only take 5 seconds. |
| 5. | Complete steps 2 through 4 for 25 full rotations. This entire exercise should only take 5 minutes. |
| Helpful notes for the Circular Stretch |
| Warm up before you do the Circular Stretch. It helps the blood circulate through your penis. |
| If you prefer to rotate your penis clockwise instead of counterclockwise, do so. |
| Each time you complete steps 1 through 3, encourage the circulation in your penis. Gently massage it and slap it a few times on your thighs to get the blood flowing. |
