Improvements

Do you observe your improvements on a daily basis? or you do it once a week? I want it weekly in order to see a noticeable change. Daily is not really noticeable. Post your improvements here.

I think that weekly is good enough. Once a month is too long to really use as a comparison, and daily really is too often to really notice any changes.

Yeah a month is too long for an observation. It may tend you to loose your interest with your goal. That’s why I prefer weekly because it's just fare enough for a change to be noticed.

I have to say I tend to notice a difference from week to week, nothing big but slowly and surely it's working and I can see that. Once a day is really not going to happen, if it was that easy everyone would be doing it

The improvements, if any, are usually much too incremental to notice on a daily basis. However weekly is more noticeable and perhaps the best frequency.

Is monthly an option? Daily changes are possible, but I'd say checking weekly gives a much easier overview on the whole situation.
