Default Overdoing It

Are there signs that you should look for to be sure that you are not overdoing it? Also, what are some things that can happen if you do? One concern that I have is making sure that I don't do too much too quickly.

Soreness would be one sign of overdoing it, but it really depends on what method you're using what the symptoms of overdoing would be.....

Say if you were using an extender, just follow the directions and you're fine. For example, fastsize recommends that you take it light the first week, and tells you step by step how to gradually increase the stretch safely, etc...

If you're doing exercises you found online, I recommend stopping for a few days if you experience soreness.

Thanks for the help! I'm also wondering if there are any side effects of "overdoing it", besides the soreness of course. I've yet to experience any soreness, so I guess that's a good sign, I'm just curious.

Side effects are generally only short time illness effects. You're not going to break your penis if you do too much in one day. The best thing you can do is to just stop for the day if you feel any negative effects or soreness or you feel unwell.

Alright, so too much strain put on the penis isn't going to cause any permanent damage (as long as you give it time to heal I assume)? Thanks for the information, just want to know what I am getting myself in to!

Moderation is always best - but it is true that you wont be doing the guy any serious harm. Mind you, your exuberance wont accelerate the rate of growth but will, in effect slow it down , as you'll have to give your routine a break.

Taking it light can be interpreted in so many different ways, if they mention a specific amount of time then it would be easy to understand. I've never heard of anyone overdoing it recieveing permenant damage either . . .
