If you could afford to buy just one of the solutions, would you go for the pills or the best extender on the market? I am not considering the jelq tool because that could be substituted by a hand job.

I'd definitely go with an extender. Pills aren't very good by themselves. It's best to use them along with exercises and an extender.

So you're suggesting a triple whammy? What about pills and exercises? Or extender and exercises? These things are not exactly cheap although I'll be the first to concede that the possible benefits cannot be dollarised.

I think any would do as long as you are accompanying it with an exercise. I think exercise is the most effective way of having a good result in everything we do. If I were to choose extender would be my preference.

I'd go with the extender, it just seems like the most logical solution, something that functions externally. I've never been much for pills either.
