Would you feel ackward giving or receiving a device to or from a friend? Do you think that would be a ackward conversation to start? How about a Christmas or birthday gift?

I would feel awkward either way. I don't think that somebody should get any type of enlargement device to anybody unless the specifically asked for it. It's kind of a slap in the face.

Depending on who gave me, it could be either funny or embarrassing/awkward. If my buddies gave me one, I might consider it a gag. If they told me that my wife suggested it...welll...

I feel awkward if somebody gave it to me and vice versa. This is something very sensitive to talk about. So you should choose on whom you will talk about these things.
