Default Recording results?
Do you write down measurements? Keep detailed statistics? Graphs? Or no recordings at all?

Yeah I do. But I keep it to myself. I am doing this to monitor my success. Seeing my improvements motivates me to do more.

I have never recorded my gains in the past, but that is definitely something I am going to start doing, now that I am taking a more formal approach.
