what kind of weight lifting are talking about? I live a lifestyle of a high level of fitness through methods like Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness types of workouts and RossTraining - Bridging The Gap Between Ordinary and Extraordinary. This has nothing but positive effects on long term health.
BUT if you're talking about the people who take steroids and benchpress 400lbs and have fatty diets and huge guts hanging over their belts.... and handlebar moustaches and they ride harley davidsons..... then yeah...... that's not good for long term health. ![]() |

I do weight-lifting myself but I do the healthy kind. The steroid, handle-bar moustache guys are the kind who will suffer because of it. |

Well that's good to know, thanks for the info! I haven't noticed any shrinking either, at least not anything permanent . . . as with all weightlifting your muscles will shrink when they get tired, but expand in due time.

I'm no bodybuilder but most of my life, I've been an on and off gym rat. I still do weights as part of my exercise routine and I haven't noticed any decrease in penis size. As a matter of fact, I'd say it was largely disinterest in my exercise regimen and has remained about the same.

I can't speak to steroids as I've never used them, was never desperate or foolish enough. From my own limited experience, simply working out in the gym, weightlifting or otherwise, wont affect your penis size.
