How long is enough

I assume everybody knows about how does the extender devices work. What I want to know is that how long is enough and is advisable? Like how many hours should it be worn?

2-10 hours a day is the recommended time to wear a penis extender. However, in the first week or so it's best to keep it under 4 hours a day in order to help your body get used to it, and also use less than maximum tension. It's a bit like stretching before you run, you know?

Start off slow and let your body get used to it, between 2 and 4 hours for the first week or so. Anywhere from 2 to 10 hours should be fine after that, just try to avoid wearing it to bed.

Everything that is put on to your body when sleeping will really causes discomfort in your sleep. I guess extenders should not be worn during sleeping. It might harm your penis.

As much as I'd really hate for any harm to come to my dear penis, I'm really disappointed that I'm wasting all that good time while I'm sleeping when I could be 'extending' at the same time. Like killing two birds with the same proverbial stone.

Haha, true. There's so much more useful work you can do while sleeping other than dreaming sweet dreams. This being only one of many examples . . .

Well that was why I mentioned it. I was pretty sure someone would want to do it while they sleep instead of wasting all that precious extending time.

Yeah! Extending can be done the whole day. Do not overdo it by extending even asleep. Sleeping should be the time to relax and keep off those things we did in the morning.
