Wearing the extender

Does wearing an extender make you look like you have a hard-on going on? I don't want to cause any embarassment to myself or anyone else for that matter.

If you are used to it already you can easily wear the device under medium-loose pants or trousers discreetly. If your job is non-physical, you can even wear it at work.

It's not that big really, it's big enough that you can hide without any worry of anyone noticing. The odd person that would notice would simply think you're a little bit hard, it happens to guys, no-one really minds.

Depending on clothing and activity, it will, but if you don't move around much then it doesn't really bring any attention to it.
