You
may have heard of exercises that can help increase the size of
your penis. Many people scoff at this idea and disregard it, yet
countless other men have used exercises for moderate size
gains. Obviously, the amount of the gain varies from

enlargement exercises have been designed based on the anatomy
of the penis and a deep understanding of how the penis works.

A penis is made up of three chambers: a small chamber along the bottom (where you ejaculate), called the Corpora Spongisum, and two larger chambers called the Corpora Cavernosa. The Corpora Cavernosa chambers are the chambers that fill up with blood during arousal (causing an erection). When the larger chambers fill up with blood the penis becomes larger and firm, hence an erection.

of the penis unless the size of the Corpora Cavernosa are increased.
Many devices, such as penis pumps, will temporarily increase the
size of the penis, but they are not permanent simply because the
Cavernosa chambers have not be permanentally enlarged.
