How To Perform The One-Handed Jelq


Steps Instructions
1. Warm up using the steps on our enlargement exercise warm up page.
2. Gently rub the shaft of your penis (use lubrication) until it’s 60-80% erect.
3. Make an "OK" sign with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. Wrap it tightly around the base of your penis.
4. While maintaining your grip, slide your thumb and index finger slowly toward the tip of your penis. It will seem like you’re milking your penis. This step should only take 3 seconds.
5. Remove your right hand when it reaches the head of your penis.
6. Make an "OK" sign with your left hand’s thumb and index finger. Wrap it tightly around the base of your penis and perform the same milking method.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 5, alternating the milking movement with your right and left hands. Do this exercise for 5 minutes (approximately 50 strokes for each hand).


Helpful notes for the One-Handed Jelq
Just like the Ultimate Jelq and Jelq and Hold exercises, use lubrication to warm up.
Do NOT perform the One Handed Jelq with a full erection. Your tight grip could result in vein damage.
Make sure your grip around your penis is not too tight. Gripping too tightly can result in bruises and might rupture the blood vessels of your penis.
Your grip should completely constrict the blood from escaping your penis during the exercise.
