| Steps | Instructions |
| 1. | Warm up using the steps on our enlargement exercise warm up page. |
| 2. | Gently rub the shaft of your penis (use lubrication) until it’s 60-80% erect. |
| 3. | Make an "OK" sign with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. Wrap it tightly around the base of your penis. |
| 4. | While maintaining your grip, slide your thumb and index finger slowly toward the tip of your penis. It will seem like you’re milking your penis. This step should only take 3 seconds. |
| 5. | Remove your right hand when it reaches the head of your penis. |
| 6. | Make an "OK" sign with your left hand’s thumb and index finger. Wrap it tightly around the base of your penis and perform the same milking method. |
| 7. | Repeat steps 2 through 5, alternating the milking movement with your right and left hands. Do this exercise for 5 minutes (approximately 50 strokes for each hand). |
| Helpful notes for the One-Handed Jelq |
| Just like the Ultimate Jelq and Jelq and Hold exercises, use lubrication to warm up. |
| Do NOT perform the One Handed Jelq with a full erection. Your tight grip could result in vein damage. |
| Make sure your grip around your penis is not too tight. Gripping too tightly can result in bruises and might rupture the blood vessels of your penis. |
| Your grip should completely constrict the blood from escaping your penis during the exercise. |
