Power stretching and other penis enlargement exercises are highly effective in their own right. But if you’re like most of us guys, you don’t want to wait months and months for results.
Many men are frustrated because it’s very difficult to get a thicker penis from exercises alone. Some guys use a stretcher – others like me prefer a growth supplement like Vigrx Plus.
I wasn’t blessed with a naturally thick penis, but I grew in length and thickness using Penis Exercises & Vigrx Plus as a combo.
|1.||Warm up using the steps on our enlargement exercise warm up page.|
|2.||With your right hand, maintain a snug grip around the head of your penis and extend it directly outward from the base. Hold it there for 5 seconds.|
|3.||With the same hand, maintain your grip and slowly pull your penis to your right side. Go slowly until you begin to feel the force of the pull on your penis’s left side. Once you do, hold your penis in this position for 5 seconds.|
|4.||Grab the head of your penis with your left hand. Stretch it toward the left until you feel the force of the pull on your penis’s right side. Hold your penis in this position for 5 seconds.|
|5.||Using whichever hand feels natural to you, pull your penis toward the ground. Again, go slowly and note the force of the pull on the top of your penis. Once you do, hold your penis in this position for 5 seconds.|
|6.||Finally, pull your penis toward the ceiling (or sky, if you’re doing this outside). You’ll likely feel the pull throughout the entire base of your penis. Hold this position for 5 seconds.|
|7.||Go through steps 2 through 6 again. Take your time, go slow and wait for the sensation of the pull. Complete these steps 15 times. The Power Stretch should require no more than 5 minutes.|
Power stretching is just as easy as it sounds. This stretch lengthens the ligaments and tissues in your penis. This helps you take extra advantage of growth in the corpora cavernosa as your penis grows longer over time.
Stretching your penis regularly is an effective way to increase length, just as stretching your hamstrings regularly increases their length. Note that power stretching does not increase girth. It only offers gains in length in your flaccid or erect states.
We recommend power stretching 3-5 times a week for fast length gains.
One downside of power stretching is that if you don’t avoid stretching your skin, you may also lengthen the skin that connects your penis to your scrotum. This may let your testicles hang lower.
While this may give a bigger impression, I don’t want my testicles to hang any lower or I’ll have to start wearing briefs during my metabolic conditioning workouts (jumping jacks and loose scrotums don’t mix well).
To avoid stretching your skin, just make sure you pull penile skin back before you grip and stretch. That way, there is plenty of slack to prevent stretching.
