   It seems to take a long time for your body to become accustomed to this and do what it is supposed to. I was about to send it back for a refund after about 3 weeks with hardly any result. But I read somewhere that it takes 3 weeks for your body to become used to something. So I decided to wait a month. Customer Service was kind enough to tell me to keep trying it for another 2 weeks, and if I still wasn’t satisfied, I could then return it. So I took up their offer and I’m glad I did.
