How To Perform The V-Stretch Exercise

Steps V-Stretch Exercise Instructions
1 Warm up using
the steps on our enlargement
exercise warm up
page.
2 Make an "OK"
sign with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. Grip the
head of your penis with your right palm facing downward.
3 Gently stretch
your penis directly away from the base. Hold this position
for 5 seconds.
4 While your right
hand maintains the stretch, use your left thumb to apply pressure
on top of your penis near the base.
5 Push your left
thumb slowly down the shaft of your penis toward the tip.
The motion of your left thumb from the base to the tip of
your penis should only take 10 seconds.
6 While your right
hand maintains the original stretch, pull your thumb back
toward the base of your penis while applying the same amount
of pressure. Like step #4, this should only take 10 seconds.
7 Repeat steps
2 through 6 for 5 minutes (approximately 12 cycles of your
left thumb).

Helpful notes for
the V-Stretch
Wrap your penis
with a wash cloth soaked in warm water to warm up.
Your right thumb
and index finger should maintain a full grip around the head
of your penis.
Do not use lubrication.
Your grip around the head of your penis will slip.
Your penis must
not be erect while performing the V Stretch.
If your grip
around the head of your penis causes extreme discomfort, release
your grip. After a moment, apply pressure around the head
slowly and regain your original grip.
